with the above Mount Cutter, produces effects
similar to those in photo to the right. An Oval Cutter
produces mounts as shown below, suitable for single portraits. |

Mitre saw

A Mitre Saw (above) cuts the mouldings to within 5mm of the required length
and they are then trimmed using a mitreing quillotine (example left).
The 4 sides to the frame are then glued and underpinned with a V-shaped nail Pro-Joiner(right). |
